Position Summary:

This part-time role (25 hours/week) is dedicated to assisting the Account Manager in overseeing the daily responsibilities associated with their client portfolios. The typical working hours are from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and document outreach via phone and written communication to customers with overdue accounts.
  • Provide online accounts receivable assistance for designated clients.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries related to accounts receivable via phone.
  • Handle requests for supporting documentation efficiently.
  • Monitor and assist with clients' incoming email communications.
  • Support the Relationship Manager with various risk mitigation tasks.
  • Assist with credit-related functions, including order releases and processing credit applications.
  • Ensure compliance with agency management system data standards and maintain data integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience:
An Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.


Skills:
  • Demonstrated ownership in resolving issues through analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
