Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Support Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the residential team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping

* Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, communication, and problem-solving

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases

* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction

* Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

* Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, and using hands and arms to handle objects
