Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a Staff Nurse I, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to assigned patients on a Nursing Unit, while also supervising other qualified staff and exercising independent judgment in implementing care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience.
  • Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.
  • Ability to influence others' actions and decisions without express authority.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, database experience and other computer-related skills.
