Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer for our online coaching company, Remotivate LLC.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their goals, and effectively communicating the value of our coaching programs to close sales.
The ideal candidate excels at building rapport, overcoming objections, and driving conversions in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
This is a full-time remote position.
We are looking for a Sales Closer specifically with these requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales conversations and closing sales for the online education/courses/coaching space.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling sales objections and gracefully but confidently walking customers through a sales journey.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Use business acumen to walk customers through a journey that leads to accomplishing their goals through our program and ends with them closing a sale.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation and contract closing.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
