Senior Sales Executive

Symmetrio is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the Greater Boston area market.

This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs and healthcare systems is a must.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with current customers, identify new customers and develop relationships for the purpose of selling solutions.
  • Develop sales plans to expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Sell in a team environment, utilizing specialists, managers and other relevant team members when needed.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace, market trends and dynamics within the territory and the industry.
  • Give presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
  • Work with marketing, product development, product management and other departments providing timely feedback on products and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in sales role, healthcare field preferred.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
