Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Supervisor to join our team at Globe Life National Income Division. This is a critical role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a lasting impression on our clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital part in our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with clients who have requested a software demonstration to assess their needs and provide a personalized experience.
  • Schedule Zoom calls and lead interactive sessions using our advanced software to help clients choose the best program options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process, ensuring each client has a positive experience.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the onboarding experience and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel to efficiently manage client interactions and data.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of personal discipline to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize new software quickly to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive pay range: $75,500 - $100,880, based on experience and skills.
