Onboarding Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Supervisor to lead our client onboarding process. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with clients who have requested a software demonstration and schedule Zoom calls to coordinate with their availability.
  • Lead Zoom sessions using our advanced software to help clients assess their needs and choose the best program options.
  • Provide top-tier customer service throughout the onboarding process, ensuring each client has a positive experience.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of personal discipline.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize new software quickly.
  • Experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Pay range: $75,500 - $100,880, based on experience and skills.
  • Weekly bonuses for high performers.
