Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the Front Desk team, including leading, influencing, and encouraging others to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
  • Participate in ongoing employee recognition and development programs to enhance team performance and engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area preferred.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
