Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless hotel experience. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front desk operations
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Ensure that all front desk operations are conducted in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and hotel operations
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
