Key Responsibilities- Reception coverage, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining delivery logs
- Document Production Center duties, such as copying, scanning, and printing
- Collecting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
- Preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages for shipping
- Stocking office supplies and taking inventory
- Setting up and cleaning conference rooms for meetings
- Updating and creating files, as well as locating files in the Records department
- Supporting the tech department with office equipment
- Preparing check requests for invoices
- Part-time hours of 1:00pm - 5:00pm, with some flexibility
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
