Key Responsibilities
  • Reception coverage, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining delivery logs
  • Document Production Center duties, such as copying, scanning, and printing
  • Collecting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
  • Preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages for shipping
  • Stocking office supplies and taking inventory
  • Setting up and cleaning conference rooms for meetings
  • Updating and creating files, as well as locating files in the Records department
  • Supporting the tech department with office equipment
  • Preparing check requests for invoices
Requirements
  • Part-time hours of 1:00pm - 5:00pm, with some flexibility
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
