Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Manage client communication, including responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
