Job Overview

As a Sales and Service Leader at Sephora, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for supporting a team of Coordinators, Licensed Beauty Advisors, and Beauty Advisors, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Sales and Service Strategies: Develop and implement sales and service strategies that meet Sephora's standards.
  • Team Support and Coaching: Provide support and coaching to team members in selling, service, and operations.
  • Client Service and Sales Execution: Execute our client service model and sales strategies, driving customer engagement.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional environment.
  • Client Loyalty and Engagement: Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
Requirements:
  • Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
