We're looking for a skilled Account Executive to join our sales team, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proven track record of sales success, a passion for innovative strategies, and excellent communication skills. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Planning, and Account Services teams to ensure programs meet and exceed client KPIs. You'll also build and leverage relationships with key contacts at major agencies and national brands while partnering with the US Nets teams to deliver cross-platform programs across premier networks.
A successful Account Executive will provide account management to a portfolio of clients, develop and manage strategic account plans, apply consultative sales strategies, and leverage data and product knowledge to create business solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include guiding and consulting clients on US Nets properties and how to achieve the greatest results based on client objectives, managing and analyzing the performance of clients' campaigns to recommend and tailor solutions based on the clients' objectives and KPIs, establishing deep relationships with national brands and media/advertising agencies, growing existing portfolios of clients, and outperforming individual and team revenue goals. Qualifications include at least 4 years' advertising sales experience required; Linear, digital video, custom content, and convergent partnership selling experience preferred. A proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and closing media brand partnerships with emphasis on growing revenue is also essential. An entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking, results-oriented approach, ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, and strong organizational/project management skills are also highly valued. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $105,000 - $195,001 per year, annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Additionally, we provide a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time, and vacation.
