Job Description
At Spacefinish, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Partnership Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans, targeting high-value clients in the commercial real estate sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry insights to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator, Close.io).

Estimated Salary:
$140,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience.
