Incentive Bonus: UniFirst is excited to announce an incentive bonus for new hires in the Client Relations Specialist role.

To qualify for the full incentive bonus, new hires must complete 180 days of employment and adhere to UniFirst's introductory period, which includes compliance with attendance and performance standards.

We are looking for a committed Client Relations Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service as a bridge between our clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients by addressing inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services via phone or email.
  • Deliver outstanding service to both clients and UniFirst staff.

Accounts Receivable Duties:

  • Contact clients regarding outstanding accounts, process credits and exchanges, and resolve account discrepancies through our escalation process.
  • Collaborate and provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Perform basic data entry and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an administrative environment.
  • Highly encouraged: Prior experience in accounts receivable.
  • Recommended: High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Communication Skills:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication, including professional telephone and email etiquette.

Essential Skills:

  • Active listening, responsiveness, and a personable demeanor.

Computer Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.).

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. A collaborative team player who can work independently and solve problems in a dynamic setting. Comfortable with basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
