Daily Responsibilities
In your role as an Insurance Sales Associate, you will enhance your expertise in insurance sales by collaborating with seasoned sales professionals.
We will assist you in acquiring dual licenses to broaden your knowledge in both commercial insurance and employee health & benefits.
Working closely with our sales development leader, we will provide you with the tools necessary to succeed as an insurance sales expert.
To excel in this position, you should embody an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and a strong desire to generate new business.
Desired QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, who demonstrate strong analytical skills, excel in relationship building and presentations, and show high levels of motivation and initiative.
While not mandatory, experience or coursework in sales, finance, or risk management, along with the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, is preferred. If you meet most of these qualifications, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
