Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of our Insurance Sales Agents include:
  • Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable insurance products, including personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance options.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and the community to generate additional leads and referrals.
  • Maintaining effective partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters.

Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires candidates to be based in the local area.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales environment, achieving set performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in networking and prospecting to generate leads independently.
  • Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of employment.
  • Proficiency in learning new software and managing multiple tasks effectively.
