We are in search of a Business Solutions Owner. Our client is undergoing a significant transformation to enhance their IT capabilities within the airline sector.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to analyze and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures utilizing various business analysis methodologies.

- Identify business challenges and opportunities, specifying necessary adjustments to business processes, personnel skills, information systems, technology, and organizational structures. - Select, implement, and oversee the application of modeling and analysis techniques, ensuring proficiency and informed decision-making. - Engage effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders, conducting strategic-level investigations and validating the feasibility of proposed solutions. - Ensure stakeholder perspectives are recognized and analyzed to achieve consensus, aligning business objectives and requirements with recommended solutions. - Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements for Software Development and Quality Assurance teams to guide software application development. - Advise senior stakeholders on business change priorities in alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. - Utilize industry knowledge to evaluate and recommend the feasibility and relevance of proposed business and technical changes. - Lead the creation of detailed requirements and specification documentation, modeling comprehensive solutions using established standards and methodologies. - Maintain connections with colleagues in related fields such as business operations, software engineering, and service delivery, supporting the implementation of business and technical changes. - Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders throughout the business change and software development lifecycles, managing relationships across various levels of seniority. - Assist in developing business cases by identifying and defining business and technical options that address objectives and requirements, analyzing costs, benefits, risks, and impacts for each option. - Support business stakeholders in establishing acceptance tests for new business processes and IT systems, ensuring effective execution of these tests.Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst or related technical analyst role.

- Proficient in applying techniques for investigating, analyzing, modeling, and documenting business areas or systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading technical discussions and documenting requirements clearly and concisely. - Skilled in using tools to record the structure, relationships, and utilization of information within an organization. - Familiar with standards, practices, codes, and assessment programs relevant to the IT industry. - Experienced in establishing relationships and managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, adapting engagement styles as needed. - Knowledgeable in preparing and presenting business cases, requests for proposals, and statements of requirements both verbally and in writing. - Ability to analyze complex problems or situations through abstract representations and pattern identification.Desired Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
