  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings with accounting specialists.
  • Process client payments and charges with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in handling high call volumes in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and tax preparation is preferred.
  • Experience in collections is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease.
