We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at Florida Partners. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Register and assign rooms to guests, confirm phone and online reservations, respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints, and collect payment from departing guests.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, and communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields.
  • Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and bilingual (Spanish) a must.
