**Sales Compensation Analyst Role Overview**
The Strategic Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for working within the Sales Compensation team to develop, implement, and administer sales compensation plans and policies. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve sales performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales compensation plans, policies, and procedures
- Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Provide recommendations to senior leadership on sales compensation strategies
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Commission Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate compensation data
- Communicate sales compensation information to sales teams and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations Analytics or Finance Analytics
- Advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Working Conditions
- Set schedule with onsite work required
- 10% travel
