Senior Compensation Analyst

Carters Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, crafting strategic compensation plans, and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the administration of compensation programs supporting global compensation needs for all corporate, retail, and distribution locations.
  • Implement, communicate, and administer global broad-based compensation programs and incentives.
  • Manage the annual merit and midyear compensation cycles, including creating customized communication statements.
  • Manage the library of job descriptions across all functions and create/maintain the job profile setup in Workday.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a global organization, inclusive of maintaining and supporting compensation programs.
  • Advanced skill level required in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to multi-task while remaining focused on accuracy.
  • Highly motivated with a strong customer-centered focus.
  • Ability to partner and effectively communicate with members of the HR team and cross-functionally.
  • HRIS reporting capabilities, preferably within Workday.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resource principles.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues. Resolve the root cause.
  • Workday HCM/Compensation experience preferred.
