Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond to customer requests, ensuring effective communication and meeting response time requirements.
  • Schedule and process requests for equipment service, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure service delivery goals are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Utilize CMMS to capture pertinent details regarding service events and complete follow-up transactions in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Work with service delivery teams to implement best practices and training opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in a team-based customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate with technically oriented people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Service Max, and Maximo, with experience working in GMP, GXP environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong follow-up skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
