DHL is currently seeking a Retail Service Agent. The Retail Service Agent will be responsible for delivering Retail customer support to ensure the efficient and timely processing of customer shipments. This role involves working independently at a designated facility and includes responsibilities such as opening and closing the location. The Retail Service Agent will ensure adherence to safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and promptly address any inquiries or concerns, including via telephone.
  • Prepare labels and documentation for customers sending international or domestic shipments with DHL.
  • Assist customers with dropping off or picking up their pre-labeled DHL shipments.
  • Support operational procedures, including sorting, shipment processing, documentation, manifesting, bagging, and providing shipment status information as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Availability to work the following schedule: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 11am-3pm.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 60lbs regularly.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Generally, 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a leadership capacity is preferred.
  • Intermediate service, production, or support role with greater responsibility for performing standard work within the function.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities are required.
  • Ability to work independently.
