DHL is currently seeking a Retail Service Agent. The Retail Service Agent will be responsible for delivering Retail customer support to ensure the efficient and timely management of customer shipments. This role will operate independently at our new facility and will oversee the opening and closing of the location. The Retail Service Agent will ensure adherence to safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and promptly address any inquiries or concerns (including via telephone).
  • Prepare labels and documentation necessary for customers wishing to send their international or domestic shipments with DHL.
  • Assist customers with dropping off or picking up their pre-labeled DHL shipments.
  • Support operational procedures including sorting, shipment processing, documentation, manifesting, bagging, and sending shipment status information as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Availability to work the following schedule: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 11am-3pm.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 60lbs regularly.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Generally 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a leadership capacity is preferred.
  • Intermediate service, production, or support role with greater responsibility to perform most standard work within the function.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities are required.
  • Ability to work independently.
