Job Title: Human Resources Information Systems Specialist

Arbonne International is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the administration of HR systems and programs, recommending strategies for implementing new systems, and providing input into the development and modification of HR department workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of HR systems and programs, including HRIS, LMS, and ATS.
  • Recommend strategies for implementing new systems and provide input into the development and modification of HR department workflows and systems.
  • Provide support to end users throughout the enterprise for HR systems, including troubleshooting problems and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain daily operations and monitor all HR systems to ensure processes are functioning properly and timely.
  • Work closely with the HR Systems team and IT to support and leverage HR system solutions to optimize processes and realize efficiencies.
  • Design and deliver reporting solutions to the enterprise, including system interfaces, ad hoc reporting, scheduled reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage projects, system integrations, and upgrades, and assist with running reports, creating/maintaining spreadsheets to measure department metrics, and creating PowerPoint presentations to facilitate training and provide resources for training and development as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Systems support and reporting, with a minimum of two years of experience in HRIS support.
  • Project management or system implementation experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, HRMS, and LMS Systems.
  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and creative skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ADP WFM, Workday, Kronos, or Document Management Systems.
  • People Analytics for HR (PAHR) certification.
