Core Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experiences. Your leadership will guide a skilled front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading daily service training sessions and ongoing development programs for staff.
  • Evaluating restaurant service performance and coordinating timely food production.
  • Participating in the assessment of food quality and employee performance.
  • Developing strategies for liquor and wine selection and overseeing procurement.
  • Assisting in the formulation of annual financial objectives through budget management.
  • Executing and refining the marketing plan to meet financial targets.
  • Monitoring cost control measures, focusing on sales and payroll.
  • Communicating effectively with management and staff to foster development and training.
  • Implementing training programs for both new and existing employees.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant in collaboration with the General Manager and Chef.
  • Supervising all service personnel and carrying out managerial responsibilities in line with company policies.
  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and training new employees, while managing performance and addressing any issues.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment by being flexible in taking on additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing guest experiences.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications.
  • A dedicated work ethic and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
