We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Life Sciences. This is a critical role that will drive the success of our science-related partnerships within Genomics plc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute strategic and operational commitments for science-related partnerships
  • Manage commercial deals with life sciences companies, biobanks, and related research organisations
  • Oversee the delivery of contracted science-related work for commercial partners
  • Provide internal thought leadership on the use of genomic data in the life sciences
  • Represent the company in outward-facing activities and build relationships with industry stakeholders
Requirements
  • PhD in biomedical sciences or MSc with comparable experience in life sciences/life sciences consulting
  • Proven experience in leading science delivery functions and managing external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business development skills and ability to support new deal conversations
  • Excellent resource management skills and ability to ensure adequate resourcing for existing and future commitments
