Regional Manager Job Description

At RPM Living, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the performance of our properties, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop Property Managers, while maintaining a strong client relationship.
  • Client Management: Schedule and host client calls, prepare for client visits, and create business plans for each community.
  • Systems Management: Complete tasks in our Property Management System, review property websites and social media, and manage employee engagement platforms.
  • Reporting: Create manual client reporting, compile and review monthly and quarterly bonus reporting, and access KPI and marketing reporting.
  • Financial Management: Review and approve POs and IRs, review pre-close property financials, and ensure timely and accurate submission to clients.
  • Prospect and Resident Management: Review applications, address resident concerns, and review property delinquency and evictions.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage unit and amenity pricing, complete required training, and conduct routine RM audits.
  • Business Development and Due Diligence: Review and create proformas, coordinate due diligence file audits, and attend property transitions.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of property management experience, with 2 years in a Regional Manager or multi-site manager role.
  • 3rd party management experience, affordable multifamily experience, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • A valid driver's license and experience with Property Management Software (OneSite preferred).
