Job Title: Regional Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary:

As a Regional Clinical Operations Manager at SmileMD, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all clinical operations within your assigned region. This includes direct supervision of Paramedic Leads and the broader clinical team consisting of Paramedics, RNs, and support for anesthesiologists. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring the efficient management of our mobile anesthesia care teams, enhancing partner relationships with dental offices, and facilitating the scheduling of case days.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support Paramedic Leads, Paramedics, RNs, and other clinical staff.
* Ensure clinical teams are matched with client needs and provide ongoing support to foster team member growth.
* Facilitate training and development programs for clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.
* Oversee the scheduling and coordination of mobile anesthesia care teams.
* Ensure smooth, safe, and timely operations by working closely with client/clinical staff, core operations, and logistics teams.
* Drive operational efficiency and growth within the region, ensuring excellence in logistics and operations.
* Present operational metrics regularly to the senior leadership team, showcasing performance and areas of improvement.
* Implement new clinical and/or administrative processes, protocols, and procedures.
* Assist with expansion efforts by planning and communicating operations and care team hiring for the respective region.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Current Paramedic certification in Tennessee.
* PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications or the ability to acquire these certifications.
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in EMS (Emergency Medical Services).
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in a management role.

* Ability to collaborate and navigate operations in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in operating systems and software programs across both healthcare and logistics platforms.
* Current valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Network Requirements:

* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
