Position Overview:
As a Customer Retention Consultant at Delta Defense, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our members who are reassessing their membership. This position is crucial, requiring a unique combination of empathy and assertiveness to effectively address member inquiries and showcase the true value of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and retention.
- Proactively prevent service cancellations by proposing alternative solutions during inbound communications.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring a confident and concise interaction with members.
- Strengthen member relationships through thorough needs assessments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with members as necessary.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to fellow team members as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in retention-focused sales is preferred.
- Candidates must obtain and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License, with paid training provided for all new hires.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities, remaining composed in challenging situations.
- Demonstrated follow-through and capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality is essential.
- Must embody the core values of Delta Defense.

Training and Work Environment:
- Full-time paid training is required for the first eight weeks of employment.
- Training will be conducted virtually for remote employees.
- This role can be performed in a hybrid model or remotely.
