Job Overview

Fuel Powersports is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to enhance our sales team. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes two weeks of paid vacation upon employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly and consistent approach.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Possess the ability and eagerness to promote and sell dealership products and services.
  • Represent the dealership in a positive, ethical, and professional manner.
  • Maintain familiarity with all products, sales initiatives, and services offered.
  • Participate in product and sales training as directed by Sales Managers.
  • Facilitate introductions between customers and Sales Managers.
  • Stay current with all sales training requirements.
  • Adhere to company sales protocols.
  • Introduce every customer to our Service Department to highlight the quality and efficiency of our offerings.
  • Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and prepared for delivery.
  • Reach out to previous customers to confirm their satisfaction with their purchases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives.
  • Design and maintain showroom displays.
  • Keep the showroom organized and clean, ensuring both new and used units are well-presented.
  • Comply with all traffic log regulations.
  • Manage and update the customer database.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
