Delta Defense, LLC is a dedicated organization that provides Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service for the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). The USCCA empowers responsible citizens to avoid peril, protect lives, and ensure the safety of their loved ones.

Position Overview:
As a Member Retention Advisor at Delta Defense, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our USCCA members who are reassessing their membership. This position is vital, requiring a combination of compassion and professional assertiveness.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Addressing member inquiries and concerns.
  • Demonstrating the value and advantages of USCCA membership.
  • Fostering member loyalty while identifying additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute customer retention initiatives to enhance loyalty and maintain business.
  • Mitigate service cancellations by proposing alternative solutions during inbound communications.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally on calls.
  • Strengthen member relationships through thorough needs assessments.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with members as necessary.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in retention-focused sales.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; training is provided.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong conflict resolution capabilities and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Relentless follow-through and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Dependable, competitive, and confident.
  • Demonstrate the Core Values of Delta Defense, LLC.
  • Availability to complete Full-Time PAID Training (Monday-Friday) for the initial 8 weeks upon hire.
  • This role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid format.
  • Full-Time positions only; this is a 40 hour/week role with 8-hour shifts.
