Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention.
- Address and resolve member concerns effectively during inbound communications.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in retention-focused sales is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License, with training provided.
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities and the capacity to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Demonstrated follow-through and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is essential.

Work Environment:
This role can be performed in a variety of settings, including remote or hybrid options. Full-time positions are available, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
