Job Overview

Adecco is currently seeking a Production Assembly Technician to join our team. We offer various shifts, including first, second, and third shifts, with a Monday to Thursday work schedule. Enjoy a balanced work-life with a four-day work week and three-day weekends. Competitive pay rates are available, with a 15% shift differential for second and third shifts. Candidates must meet screening criteria and possess a high school diploma. An interview is required, and applicants should provide a resume or work history.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly and finishing tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
  • Operate machinery and assist with loading and unloading tasks.
  • Complete various site-related duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance.
  • Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary.
  • Submit a resume or work history for consideration.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00. Adecco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and additional voluntary benefits. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and commuter benefits are also available. A 401K plan is provided, allowing employees to select coverage that suits their individual needs. Eligible associates may receive paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave and other mandated paid leave, as well as holiday pay where applicable.
