At Grundy Chamber, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Production Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Line Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Packaging various types of products on a production line
• Inspecting products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Labeling products and packages
• Lifting and moving light packages/boxes prior to shipping
• Meeting daily production goals and deadlines
• Following all company policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices
• Assisting with various warehouse and production projects
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Contributing to the success of Grundy Chamber by providing excellent customer service and support
**Requirements**
• No prior experience required, willing to train and develop skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required
