Position Summary:

ISI is seeking a skilled Construction Administrator/Manager with a solid background in the construction sector to deliver Owner's Representative construction management services for a Federal client in the healthcare domain. The Construction Administrator (CA) will assist in planning, studying, and designing projects exceeding $100M, while also managing ongoing construction initiatives of varying sizes and complexities. This role encompasses a broad range of analytical, planning, design, and construction management support services to aid the client. The CA will collaborate with senior government project managers and fellow contractor project managers as part of a larger design/construction program. Strong leadership, teamwork, and independent work capabilities are essential. We are looking for a clear communicator who takes initiative and embraces project ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience; a minimum of three (3) years in construction management may be considered.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of construction practices to implement project plans, including Quality Assurance, Safety, Time, Cost, Change, and Information Management.
  • Understand site operations of General and Sub-contractors and the management processes of building construction.
  • Experience in organizing, filing, and tracking construction/project-related documentation.
  • Facilitate design/production meetings, distribute meeting minutes, and draft project updates for stakeholders.
  • Utilize various software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products, showcasing computer literacy.
  • Document work experience and completed projects to demonstrate competency in construction tasks.
  • Exhibit strong communication, language, and software skills to compile data and records effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience; a minimum of three (3) years in construction may be considered.
  • Recognize terminology associated with construction administration and support CM staff with documentation and project data submissions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of major construction activities and documentation requirements.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical facilities.

Work Environment:

  • Standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
