This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in the US, preferably within the eastern or central time zones.

Position Summary

As a member of BriteCore's Customer Success team, you will focus on ensuring client satisfaction through meaningful engagements that drive business value, leveraging your expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) business intelligence analytics, reporting, property and casualty insurance, and optimized Core Policy Administration solution configuration.

This position is well-suited for individuals with a robust background in customer success engineering and a keen interest in embracing modern technology. If you are eager to make a significant impact and excel in a dynamic setting, we would be pleased to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reduce customer churn and contraction risk by defining and executing customer-specific initiatives aimed at increasing direct written premiums and optimizing combined ratios.
  • Engage proactively with clients, providing training, reports, analytics, health checks, line configuration, and other consulting deliverables, including feature enhancement specifications.
  • Empower clients to derive actionable insights into their operations through dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data.
  • Implement a client-centric strategic approach to cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with clients by delivering measurable value.
  • Develop an extensive knowledge base in mutual P&C insurance and BriteCore usage, configuration, best practices, and processes across strategy, planning, and operations disciplines.
  • Monitor progress through quarterly business reviews.
  • Conduct health checks to evaluate customer configuration and usage of the solution, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal utilization of relevant functionalities and integrations.
  • Domestic overnight travel may be required up to 30% for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS organization as a Customer Success Engineer, supporting a complex product.
  • 2+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business challenges, propose solutions, and translate findings into actionable steps.
  • Passion for facilitating customer success.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment while learning on the job.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in the P&C sector.
  • Experience in multiple roles, including presales support, implementation, and account management.
