Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Continuously refine and expand a comprehensive client success strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture robust relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
- Retention Initiatives: Spearhead efforts to retain clients, minimizing churn and ensuring enduring satisfaction.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales to enhance client growth and revenue.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee client relationships, managing the lifecycle and adoption processes to broaden the security footprint using SpyCloud services.
- Health Monitoring: Track client health metrics and identify at-risk clients, implementing proactive measures to resolve issues.
- Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze client feedback to extract insights, recognize trends, and drive enhancements in products and services.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Client Success team in the Americas, fostering a culture centered on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Advocacy Promotion: Highlight client success stories, testimonials, and case studies to showcase SpyCloud's impact on client organizations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all internal teams and stakeholders as the voice of the client to enhance satisfaction and effectively address needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in client success, alongside a background in sales, account management, project management, or a similar leadership role, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and the ability to communicate them effectively to clients.
- Demonstrated success in leading client success teams and driving retention and growth.
- Outstanding leadership and team-building abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse client success team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in promoting client advocacy and leveraging success stories for business development.
- Prior experience in a Vice President or similar executive role in client success is essential.
