Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Client Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for our clients following the launch of their Virtual Incentives programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with core client accounts to understand and manage their daily needs.
  • Collaborating with various departments to address client concerns effectively.
  • Facilitating clients' use of their VI programs to maximize value.
  • Providing expert consultation during onboarding and post-launch phases.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through a deep understanding of client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a client success or account management role within a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Experience in the fintech, payments, loyalty, or rewards sectors, particularly in client-facing positions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive approach, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
