Career Opportunity at CSM Companies Inc Group

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payable invoices and payments for select locations
  • Prepare analysis and monitor company accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Assist in month-end close process, including account reconciliation
  • Compile information and process payroll transactions for multiple entities through a third-party provider
  • Perform other projects as assigned by the Controller and Chief Financial Officer
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
  • General understanding of accounts payable and common accounting procedures
  • Proficient in data entry and management, with experience in Excel and Lotus Notes
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and attention to detail
  • Discretion and sound judgment, with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
