Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at American Iron and Metal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through new client acquisition and managing the complete sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition by managing the complete sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and manage a book of business through outbound prospecting as well as inbound opportunities, identifying and pursuing new business leads.
- Be organized and effectively manage an account set, keeping detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities.
- Enable successful roll-out of AIM services to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant documentation, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches and sites visits in person.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
