Position Overview

The role of a Superintendent encompasses the expertise, capabilities, and experience necessary to oversee the daily operations on-site for all facets of a multifamily construction initiative. Key Responsibilities

The primary duty of the Superintendent is to manage and supervise all on-site operations, coordinating the activities of various subcontractors and team members to guarantee that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in adherence to high-quality standards.

  1. Experience: A proven track record as a Superintendent, particularly in commercial interior projects, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial construction methodologies, materials, and techniques, especially concerning interior renovations and fit-outs.
  3. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, or LEED AP are advantageous.

  5. Leadership: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a history of successfully managing construction teams and subcontractors.
