This role will require you assist with organisation & coordination of subcontractors & the site team, along with scheduling from the blueprints, daily reporting, assisting with material orders & dealing with site deliveries. Also, on the project you will need to adhere to & ensure the site is safe at all times.

The ideal candidate will be a hungry & ambitious Assistant Superintendent looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & an ambitious, yet supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.

Role:

  • Assist with the organisation & coordination of subcontractors & site team
  • Scheduling & daily reporting
  • Ensure site safety procedures are adhered to
  • Progression into Superintendent & opportunities for Senior Superintendent

The Person:

  • Experienced working with a Commercial General Contractor or an Interior Contractor
  • Experienced with new construction & renovations
  • Open to working in Washington DC, Northern Virginia & Baltimore
  • Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
