Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team at Hunter Health Clinic. As a key member of our Business Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and maintaining compliance with all federal and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer patient phone calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Dispatch calls effectively, utilizing clinic protocols and procedures to ensure seamless communication.
  • Input patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Monitor and report phone data, taking action to improve metrics and meet service benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Superior customer service, time management, and organization skills essential.
  • Excellent grammar and attention to detail required.
  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Working Conditions
