- Provide safe and high-quality customer service, maintaining compliance with federal grants, laws, and HHC policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, tracking and reporting phone data to enhance metrics and service benchmarks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Superior customer service, time management, and organization skills.
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Works in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment with occasional exposure to infectious disease. Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without an accommodation.
