Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Core Acquisitions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service.

This is a full-time position that requires on-location work, where you will be the front-line contact for our clients, primarily focusing on in-person interactions with customers for our esteemed client, AT&T.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about AT&T products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction before the conclusion of each interaction.
  • Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized work area that complies with company standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve set targets and enhance the customer service process.
  • Engaging in ongoing training and development sessions to improve personal skillsets and overall service delivery.
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and feedback purposes.
  • Utilizing CRM systems to maintain up-to-date customer data and interaction logs.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve customer service strategies and practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to stay resilient and patient when dealing with difficult situations or customers.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at once with high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Commitment to adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service and handling of transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals.
