Job Summary

As a Hotel Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the strategic business operations of the property. This includes managing the Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Security/Loss Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Event Management teams. You will work closely with direct reports to develop and implement the operations strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's service strategy and initiatives. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and maximize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to drive guest satisfaction and financial results
Lead and manage a team of operations managers to ensure seamless execution of daily operations
Collaborate with department heads to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions
Analyze financial reports to inform operational decisions and drive profitability

Requirements

2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 8 years' experience in management operations, sales, and marketing
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 6 years' experience in management operations, sales, and marketing
