Maü Miami is in search of a skilled and engaging Front-of-House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the front-of-house team, offering training, mentorship, and support to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Welcome guests with warmth upon arrival, ensuring an efficient and friendly check-in experience.
  • Oversee and enhance the reservation system to guarantee effective seating arrangements and reduce wait times.
  • Collaborate with restaurant personnel to manage table assignments and ensure a smooth service flow.
  • Address guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests both in person and via phone.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure prompt clearing and resetting of tables for incoming guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house station and entrance area.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating special events or large gatherings.
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate effectively with guests during peak periods.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the front-of-house team, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Uphold the standards of hospitality, service, and overall guest experience at Maü Miami.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Front-of-House Supervisor or in a similar capacity within a high-volume dining environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic setting.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality is advantageous.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
