Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Vensure Employer Services. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front Desk functions, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our resort standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Access all functions of the computer system.
    • Supervise activities of all Security Office, Employee Entrance, and Patrol Officer operations.
    • Perform Department training-related activities.
  • Security and Safety
    • Investigate breaches in security and/or violations of safety protocols.
    • Monitor surveillance cameras and radio communications.
    • Document all security-related issues and assistance provided.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and adjust weekly work schedules.
    • Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled.
    • Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college.
  • Previous experience in cashiering and as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in a 3-4 star style resort.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish.
  • Certification in CPR.
